        The National Food Safety Risk Assessment Expert Committee shall independently carry out risk assessment to ensure that the results of the risk assessment are scientific, objective and fair. The agricultural administration, quality supervision, industry and commerce administration, and food and drug administration departments of the State Council have discovered that a certain food, food raw materials, food additives, or food-related products may have potential safety hazards; or due to the development of science and technology, it is necessary to treat a certain food or If food hazards are reassessed, recommendations for risk assessment can be made.
